Job Description

Key Purpose

  • To lead company Sponsorship Sales for US region to achieve stretching financial goals each year
  • To lead, inspire and develop the sales team
  • To develop the US sales strategy to deliver on-going innovation and sustainable revenue growth
  • To lead a customer-centric sales department delivering for all customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue accountable for all sponsorship revenue from US region related to the Vegas show
  • Developing the strategy to drive income growth each year
  • Reporting and forecasting accurate sales performance at all times using our suite of systems including Salesforce
  • Retaining and recruiting excellent sales teams and developing and inspiring them on an on-going basis
  • To lead by example the sales team a customer-centric leadership approach
  • To work with your sales counterparts globally to drive the brand forward
  • To be the senior sales representative in the region both internally across the company and its brands, and with clients

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record as a sales leader in the US exhibitions space
  • 3 years minimum of sales management experience
  • Experienced sales skill coach
  • Experienced at leading Senior Sales management and Client leaders
  • A proven track record on innovation in sales, adopting sales methodologies and crafting bespoke client solutions
