Job Description

Primary Job Functions:

  • Management and support of sophisticated digital marketing campaigns using existing knowledge of company’s proprietary technologies
  • Managing on-boarding of new clients, producing custom on-boarding documentation and support across the range of our services
  • Responsibility for campaigns throughout their life cycle, ensuring they run flawlessly and deliver the necessary reporting data via company’s advanced data analytics tools and APIs
  • Providing advice and working with specialist colleagues within company to ensure the best implementation strategies to achieve the required goals with feasible technical and operational solutions
  • Hosting and guiding creative messaging strategy sessions with advertisers, media agencies, and creative agencies developing bespoke digital marketing strategies utilising company’s proprietary Decision Tree technology
  • Engaging advertisers and agencies in strategic dialog, assessing opportunities involving senior management for large commercial scale opportunities
  • Communicating the wide range of ad serving and tracking solutions company offer to existing accounts and new accounts
  • Collaborating with management to ensure all partners (new and existing) are being appropriately focused on
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (i.e. Commercial Team, Technical Account Management, Creative Services) to ensure successful execution of agreed strategies
  • Continually developing and maintaining existing partnership relationships
  • Know the commercial revenue of all your accounts, identifying opportunities for financial growth
  • Own billing process across all accounts, managing junior team members ensuring all invoicing is done correctly within the needed timeframe across company’s automated billing system

 

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of training clients on adserving tools and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all teams and drive projects forward
  • Ability to listen – understanding clients’ needs is vital to be able to cross-sell and up-sell products
  • Highly autonomous, self-directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment
  • An understanding of the full digital landscape from display, (Rich Media, Video, Dynamic, Standard, Mobile, Mobile Apps) PPC, SEO, Affiliates including tracking and data analytics
  • An absolute understanding of how adserver technology sits within the digital eco-system
  • Software experience (preferred): Salesforce and JIRA
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, highly detail oriented

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ professional experience in digital media mandatory. Areas of work can include account management or ad operations
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within advertiser based ad serving including practical implementation and reporting
  • Hands on experience trafficking within leading advertiser ad server solutions (Double Click DFA, Sizmek, company’s, etc)
  • Experience presenting to clients across various level and teams (audiences will include Ad Ops, Account Management, Analytics within media agencies and advertisers)
