Job Description


  • Oversee technical inner workings of client platform
  • Guide and assist users in platform experience
  • Traffic and assist users in platform experience
  • Traffic and maintain ad campaigns ensuring that deal terms are met including delivery rates, start and end date, reporting requirements
  • Evaluate and analyze key KPIs including viewability and audience targeting
  • Manage and ensure successful delivery of all client campaigns
  • Onboard buyer and sell side users
  • Handle reporting needs both internal and client facing
  • Operationally manage finance aspects and campaign reconciliation for client users
  • Provide trainings and demos for both existing and prospective clients
  • Troubleshoot operational campaign issues

Skill Set

  • Technical master, good with numbers and data
  • Excel and PowerPoint mastery, pivot tables, vlookups and formulas
  • Superb communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with ad tags, first party data providers and implementation, and other various software solutions and certifications that enable display and video sales
  • Patient and consultative communication skills with clients


  • 2-5 years of relative experience
  • Experience with GAM/DFP Ad server
  • Publisher Ad Operations a plus
  • Client facing and account management experience
