Job Description


  • Day to day responsibilities include: client training, sharing insights recommendations, leading quarterly business reviews, identifying upselling opportunities, and building out audience segments
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs and goals
  • Drive adaption of company’s products and services – blocking barriers to adoption and success
  • Effectively lead initiatives that require collaboration across several internal company recourses and stakeholders, including: product, finance, technical services, data ethics, legal, and privacy terms
  • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyze, and forecast a customer’s usage of our products
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • College degree
  • 2-4+ years client focused experience (customer success and/or account management preferred)
  • AdTech/MarTech experience required
  • Passion for organization, problem solving, and project management
  • Quick to learn and help communicate technical concepts to clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem resolution skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing tasks
  • Super independent, self-sufficient, and resourceful
