Job Description


  • Grow existing relationships within large agency groups – spend time on site with them and be THE go-to person for clients
  • Drive and grow agency revenue across agency list
  • Present the benefits of Dynamic Audio to brand teams, creative agencies, clients, and trade desks
  • Assist and generate ideas to match client briefs
  • Manage and maintain your client pipeline, scope out new briefs and work on/close client pitches
  • Work with internal Ad Ops and Client Services teams to analyze the performance of campaigns and use our data analysis tools to spot trends and insights
  • Assist with audio and video creative production and recording sessions
  • Find and analyze market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve


  • Knowledge of working with or for media agencies, with a pre-existing book of contacts
  • Sales and Account Management experience; excited to close, onboard and grow agency & brand relationships
  • Experience working with Media and Creative Agency teams, DSP’s, Trade Desks, and other Programmatic platforms
  • You enjoy being out in the market, meeting new potential clients and pitching to them
  • Be able to think laterally and be willing to get involved in a number of tasks that may be outside your core responsibilities
  • Be bright and sociable and have a high level of drive and self-motivation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be highly IT literate and have experience with web software (Google apps, CRM tools etc.) and Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
