The iQuest team has over 20 years of executive search experience in the digital industry. Having a foundation in both retained and contingency recruitment, the iQuest team strategically collaborates. We do this by targeting and attracting talented candidates in order to provide our clients with a positive and efficient experience.
A graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Danielle began her career as an auditor for a top accounting firm in Philadelphia. After earning her CPA, she moved to New York City and joined the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where she worked in the firm’s financial analysis department. Intrigued by the promise and potential of the Internet, Danielle changed her career in 2000 and began working for a search firm specializing in the placement of Internet and digital media professionals. In 2001 Danielle founded Searchlight, a digital advertising recruitment firm. In 2011, she launched iQuest Partners.
Melissa Baizen has been recruiting in the digital space since July 2006. She focuses on placing candidates within digital advertising, media and marketing companies on both the agency and client side. After graduating from Indiana University with a focus on Sociology and Business, Melissa left her Boston roots and moved out to Manhattan to pursue a recruiting career with Searchlight. After nearly five years, Melissa moved with Searchlight’s Co-Founder, Danielle Paletz to launch iQuest Partners in January 2011. Her versatility has led to highly successful matches in numerous digital media and advertising technology companies.
A Virginia native, Mollie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She began her career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Rosetta Stone Ltd., but was soon promoted to an Associate Recruiter position. After discovering a passion for recruiting, she decided to pursue her dream of relocating to New York City. In 2012, she began a new venture as a Recruiting Specialist with iQuest Partners, fascinated by their impact on the digital media and ad tech industries.
